Plan 2: The same as Plan 1, plus a permanant (non-rotating) banner on either the left-hand side or the right-hand side of the the Portal page, $22 per month, or $250for a full year. 4 spots are available for this plan.
Plan 3: This is the same as Plan 2, plus includes a larger banner in the middle of the Portal page. Only 1 spot is available for this one. This package is $30per month or $350 for a full year.
