I have 5 spots to sell on a jewellery-related website with ~30k pages indexed in G
Spots are $30 per month, but there are 3 different options you can take.
1) 1 single url/anchor text combo on every page of the site
or
2) 3 different urls/anchor texts evenly distributed throughout the pages of the site
or
3) up to 5 different urls/anchor texts shown randomly throughout the site (eg like DP's co-op ad network)
