Buy and Sell Advertising Space

Looking for Web site 25.000+ pages to add my link for payment:

- Link must be added to every page (which can be placed i.e. under section 'affiliates' or 'partners');
- Web site must have PR for at least a number of pages (please let me know which pages has PR & number of PR for that particular page!!);
- Text link (which will be directed to: http://www.freesmileys.us) can be simple like 'Free Smileys';
- My payment per month through PayPal: $10
- When satisfied this will be on a monthly basis & I might add more Web sites as well if possible for additional amount!

Any other suggestions regarding above are also 'Welcome'!!

Hey are you saying you will pay $10/month for every link on a page? or for links on 25,000 pages?
