The text links will be in the Link Partners box on the side they cost only $2/month
The text links will be site wide, or only on the homepage, both these options cost the same at this time. (This is an option because some believe site-wides hurt SEO)
I have been working hard to increase my traffic and link backs and the PR. According to http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_prediction the home page should have a PR of <snip> and the forums main page a PR of <snip>

The maximum contract is for 6 months, and with the purchase of a banner spot you will get a login ID that will allow you to keep track of your stats or change the banner that you want to display.
