I have some advertising slots available on my website: www.tutorialmaniacs.com The site is a collection of links to tutorials on various programming/design subjects. The links are hand picked and indexed by hand for quality control purposes. Links are also being submitted by active members on the website and again these are also proofed before they're accepted into the directory. Target audience is obviously 'techies' interested in programming and/or design.
Site traffic, fluctuates a bit but has steadily been between 10K and 20K uniques for the past year. August had almost 15K uniques with 61K page impressions, September had almost 12K uniques with 59K page impressions. I can provide snapshot from awstats as proof upon request.
There are two fixed slots open on the right hand column of the site in the "premium sponsors" box. Each ad will be of size 120x60. These 120x60 banners are NOT rotated. They are available on a monthly paid basis. I had an advertiser for the past few months who paid $40/month for each of these spots. That contract is now up and Im looking for another advertiser. I am negotiable on the cost for each of these spots. These ads are not on a CPM basis - they will be shown on ALL page views not just a select few pages.(You can browse through the site and test to verify). THE MAJOR ADVANTAGE of these sponsor ad slots (in addition to premium visibility on the site) is that they will have static links that will boost your link popularity A TON. My site has several thousand pages indexed by the major search engines and in time you could get several thousand links pointing back to your site.
I also have a couple of slots open for 'partner links' on the left hand side of the page. These will be static text links (again the same advantages as above - every single page of site). I'll only be accepting 2 to 3 links for this area. I'm offering these for only $20/month but I am open to a fair price for these text links. They will be cheaper than the premium sponsor ads above.
Also, there is a footer at the bottom of the page (yes, you guessed it, every single page of the website). I'll be accepting offers for static text links here. The appeal here is not the visibility, because lets face it, not many people will actually look there, but rather to help with your site's link popularity. Offering these for only $5/month. I think its a small price to pay for thousands of backlinks.
Site will continue to grow in size (i.e. more pages for your links to be served on) by the growing submissions by site members as well as my own efforts to add links to quality tutorials.
