i am looking to buy links on related sites whether they have PR or not
also looking for site-wide forum links
I am looking to buy lots of links so I am not trying to spend too much on just one link.
keywords im trying to promote are:
hampton roads
sell car
buy car
sell auto
buy auto
free listing
...and all else related info

this is a custom site and not a template so I am trying to build it up right.
