I run www.omgpix.com - widely used by over a thousand MySpace users and such.

It has a good PR, and there are currently about 1,500 members registered for image hosting. I'd like to sell text links under the "Links" section on the sitewide menu for $3/month. I've never sold any links on this site before, but they should receive a good amount of clicks, and it should be well worth the money.
