We have 10 directory ads on sale at $8 each. The pages will have a max of 10 ads per page, up to 5 sentences of "sales pitch" per ad, and one link per ad. There are 6 categories of our directory that have ads available for sale.
I'm a writer and I'm going to add relevant contents to these directory page to make it even more valuable to our advertisersThe url's, title, headers, and meta tags have already been optimized for the subject matter. The content I add will be in the form of an article. The directory categories are:

More about our website. We have over 500k links, 15K visitors a month, 10,000 past customers, spend over $3000 a month on google PPC's and make around $30K a month in sales. We're a health related site, we sell air purifiers. The directory is listed on almost every page. We have 171 pages indexed by google and 12K google backlinks.
