I'm interested in advertising on your site, however those rates are a bit high. What is your current CTR? How much would it cost for a pm to all members on your site. Would you be willing to run a trial run?

How is $0.10 CPM for a 468x60 banner a high rate? That's one of the lowest rates I've seen.
