I am offering sitewide links for 10$ on a web standards news site. It is a member oriented site and it's audience are web standards professionals or enthusiasts. We are now counting almost 500 members, most of them designers and developers.

Links will be in a rotation list of 10 links as shown on http://www.cssglobe.com/advertising.asp (right hand side where it says "Text link sample")
It is a sitewide rotation list with max of 50 slots - 10 links shown at the time. So for $10 a month your link will be visible at least on every 5th pageview (I had over 2 milion this month, due to digg). Every advertiser will have a chance to see the number of views and clicks of his ad(s) as well as a full list of current advertisers.
