I do a lot of flash design work for people and owners of these games. Some of them have a community of up to 500,000! Most around 10K.
I do an image, with music that they put on their personal profiles. For $15 I can add your company name, include a link and have it displayed for 1 full month. I've tested this out already, there is a lot of hits generated from this. I right now put my own link on the profiles, average profile generates 200-500 hits per month.
