www.flyupload.com (Alexa - 51,000, week average - 30k) is a file sharing site where users can upload and share files upto 500MB for free.

This spot is monitored with phpadsnew so you can monitor the progress.
The spot gets about 10,000 views a day which is increasing everyday with a click though rate of 3.5-5% due to the placement on the site resulting in about 400 clicks a day. Your ad is the only ad that will be shown in this spot - proof of stats can be shown on request ( a phpadsnew report)
I can offer the following payment schemes:
1. Per month payment - a fixed fee is agreed between us.
2. CPC - we agree a price "per click" for the ad, a set fee is paid and the campaign runs until this fee is used up, and the option to renew is taken.
3. CPM - we agree a fee per 1000 impressions and this runs similarly to number 2.
