The banners should be 125 x 125, or very close. as you can see on the page, there's room to go a little wider if needed. Whoever buys the first banner will set the standard though as all the rest will follow suite.

A little lower you'll see "Valued Sponsors." I'm only accepting 4 more banners in that section, 125x125 and those will be $10/month.
