WTB: Advertising on general, asian, and teen sites/forums, and bulletins!

Description:
Looking to advertise my new social networking site - Jibble. It's a site for teens.

Looking to buy 468x60 banner ads and text links on general, asian, and teen sites/forums, and generally any site that you think will bring me targeted traffic (teens).

Now when I say "asian" I mean sites like www.soompi.com and www.soompi.com/forums - Sites that are visited by asian teens, NOT asian travel sites, etc.

Bulletins:

I am also looking to buy bulletins for my site. I am ONLY interested in bulletins from accounts that you have built yourself, band accounts, any accounts, as long as they are NOT stolen or phished accounts!
