I have never seen a term called "Unique Hits" .
There are two terms like that but not "Unique Hits"
One is Unique Visitors and the other is "Hits"
Clarify which one you're talking about so people would tell you how much they would pay for that.
A proof will help it a lot.
Also don't forget about the site content. What is it about ?
