I can put an iframe up 460x60 for you on a reasonably high volumne sports forum.

About 3000 paveviews per day, 400 uniques.

Do you have other big traffic site the uniques can over 5000 or more ?

You're going to have trouble finding a website with that much traffic that will allow you to put a iframe up. That's top tier traffic.
