I have a few sites, with about $200 as marketing budget to start promoting and about $100 every month from now on for each.
The main goal is to achive PR7 for related keywords, no matter of the traffic got.
I have already send free press releases about my site, and submited it here and there.
I wonder how can I spend this money as best as possible?
Should I pay someone to do link exchange?
Or maybe better I buy like 2 links from relevant PR7 sites, and also submit the site to some directories?
How many PR7 links could be needed to get a site rank PR7? ( assuming that there are not many outgoing links on those PR7 sites, nor on my site )
I need advices and recommendations so that I avoid waisting the money.
