I'm basically interested in webmaster or other graphic design or programming forums. The ad will be about a freelancing site, so any place where freelancers or prospect buyers would normally be found, would be fine.

Actually that's up to you. The way I see it there are 2 options:
1. You ask for a flat rate fee for 1 month or 1.000 impressions and I pay you for that.

2. You may register as a member in my website, so you can get your referal code (registration is free and there is a 3 EUR signup bonus). Place your referal code in your signature and receive 2,5 EUR everytime a person you have referred is chosen for a project or if you refer buyers, everytime they choose a freelancer.

Coathanger007, thanks for the offer. I've checked thefreewareforum.com and I don't think it's a place where someone would go to find freelancers for project outsourcing.

If you would still like to make some money by referring people to my site, you can register (as a freelancer or buyer) and get your referral link code. This way you will get 2,5EUR everytime the person you referred gets selected for a project or if you refer buyers, everytime they pick a freelancer. And I mean EVERYTIME (for as long as you remain a member of eulancers.com).
