Let me explain; there is a table, to get to the top of the table the price is $1 more than the previous person at the top of the table paid, so the quicker you get in there the cheaper you get it. All ads will stay on the site.
What do you need to do? First you need an account, you can get one by registering here: http://www.topoftheads.com/register.php, and then once you have logged in click 'buy' at the top and then you will be able to purchase the next ad
