I think thats a Cost Per Action. ie, someone clicks on a link, goes to their website, and if they sign up, you get paid.

The issue I have with your site is that it has no proven credibility for advertisers, so there is no reason for anyone to believe that advertising on your site will do anything for them. I will gladly advertise if I knew that I'd get any response.

Well, that's true and that's why I have tried to keep the prices low. Before I was selling via CPC becuase you get more out of it, I belive.

that's true. But its up to the advertiser to determine weather the site they are thinking of advertising on is ligit.
