Those who RENT (i.e. the Tenants ) a network get following:
i)Free Hosting of the 12 directories on 12 different IPs
ii)You ("the Tenant") keeps all revenue from Featured & Regular listings (except Sitewide & Footer links) during the period. You have access to the admin panels of the 12 directories (but not hosting cpanel) where you can add your own Paypal ID and receive all revenue during this period.
iii) You can also use the directory network for your own SEO/link building and add regular or featured links or in any other way that you see fit. All links will be retained after period of tenancy as long as links added are NOT adult/porn and subdomains/subfolders or they will be removed after period of tenancy.
iv) 1 Complimentary Footer Link on each of 12 directories in network
v) Sitewide & Links will be offered to you at special flat rate of $0.70 per link per month (minimum 3 links) . You can sell the Sitewide& footer links at any price you want as long as you pay us $0.70 (per link per month) for each link you sell. After you send us the payment for the links & the link details, we will add the links for you (or your customer) so you do not have to worry about the technical details.
Those who BUY/PURCHASE a network get the following:
i) FREE 2 months hosting of 12 directories on 12 different IPs. $6 per month for all 12 directories after first 2 months.
ii)1 PR4 Sitewide Link to each of 12 directories for 3 months (i.e. 12 PR4 Sitewide Links altiogether)

(Domain name can be transferred free to your GoDaddy account. If you do not have a GoDaddy account, you can set up one for free.)
