The site receives over 900 uniques a day now with a minimum of 10K pageviews a day. Live statistics are available to be viewed at http://www.w3counter.com/stats/1896/v_online
I have awstats as well... but I dont consider them reliable for proxy websites. However, if anyone does want to have a look at them... please ask me for screenshots.
The site uses 2 different proxy scripts: 1- phproxy 2- CGIproxy
Below are the places where the text links will be displayed:

3- www.proxyforall.com/index.php (including the proxified pages)
4- www.proxyforall.com/proxysite (including the proxified pages)
5- www.proxyforall.com/proxy2 (including the proxified pages)
6- CGIproxy proxified pages . These pages are crawlable by search engines and they are many of them! E.g http://www.proxyforall.com/cgiproxy/...ww.google.com/)
Check for www.proxyforall.com's link popularity at various places and you'll know that my site's proxified pages are crawlled by search engines!
