Buy and Sell Advertising Space

I'm looking to buy ad space on an active webmaster/seo blog or forum, sitewide small banner or text links. Site has to be highly visited with active users(people who actually post feedback) I want to advertise my web directory. If you think your site might be a good place to advertise a web directory PM me with an offer.

Yearly rates are a plus.

Higher PR is a plus but I'm more concerned with getting people to submit their sites and possibly get some paid submissions or reciprocal links.
