You wont find anyone offering permanent links on high PR sites however I can give you a monthly link (because there is a Google PR update coming very soon this will increase or Pagerank). I can give you links on up to 10 different high PR and traffic sites. Cost is $6 per link. These are on quality sites not on "adnsense' pages or spam sites.
