I run a dog / breeder / pet related website. My site received over 7 million unique page hits last month and 3 million banner impressions. 30% of my users spend over an hour on my site per visit. I have aproximately 85,000 unique users.

Our site was just added to Yahoo only within the last month, and we are just starting to optimize the site for search engines, which currently make up less than 1% of our traffic. We have a huge amount of room for growth.

I can set up 3-4 banners per page. Will this cause problems? Will some companies not allow me to run multiple banners of theirs on the same page? Will they care if there are competing banners on the same page? I saw somewhere that someone mentioned that forums are sometimes not allowed? Much of my traffic is from my forums.

I would like to sell my impressions on either a CPM (preferred) or CPC basis. I would like 75% of the ads run on the site to be dog/pet related. I have in the past shown an 8% click through when we had a large varied pet related banner system running.

Who would you suggest? Anyone one here with a specific company that would be interested? if so please contact me.

Your site may look better by using a rotator for the banners and just having one showing at a time. Since it's your site, it will be up to you how you handle the logistics, like if you allow competitors, the cost, etc.

Have you thought of adding the Google AdSense to the bottom? Or even in the top banner position?
