Hi there

Having spent a fair bit of money acquiring http://www.songandmusiclyrics.com I thought I would try and recoup some of it in the form of selling 4 text links at the bottom of my homepage.

I purchased the site for $3400 based on its potential rather than the current traffic, auction details

The site is currently being redesigned to give it a more funky look, easier interface when it comes to submitting songs, better optimized etc, etc. I will be adding 100s of new songs and encouraging people to email requesting their own favourites be added. So what you see at the moment is the site neglected a bit by the previous owner. Site will be altered considerably over the next 2 weeks so my hard efforts should also help you in getting more traffic.

I am in the process of submitting the site to around 250 directories, building additional backlinks to the 1000+ I have already as well as advertising it elsewhere.

The website currently rates at a PR4 (http://www.digpagerank.com) where I also have a text based link under Song Lyrics.

I will be constantly looking to keep my site updated, backlinks added to other quality websites if I can and I am looking to advertise myself all the time.

According to my adsense reports, the website is currently receiving in excess of 2000 page impressions a day, sometimes as high as 3000 but that’s based on the past owners efforts.

I am looking for offers for the text based links, the links will be at the page footer for a whole 12 months and no more than 4 separate links will be allowed at the footer.

No problem. $45 is quite a bit cheaper than what I was hoping for, but I would prefer to recoup a tiny bit of what I have paid out so far and for you to report traffic to your website. I get over 750,000 visitors to my website a year and it should grow with the time and investment I am putting in. As I am selling no more than 4 footer text based URL links, I have three left. Anyone else ineterested at the same price as nodespoint? PM me. Cheers
