Be the top bidder and have your banner banner displayed at the top of the page, and your link in large and bold font for everyone to see! The higher the bid, the higher your link will appear on the page.
The links for the 99 highest bidders will appear on the mian PR4 page. Links are a minimum of $0.99. The placement of your link depends on how much you bid. For bids that are the same amount, the newest link will always appear lower in the list. If your link is not in the top 99, it will be moved to the archived links page. The archived links page should also have PR after the next PR update. You can always upgrade your link by paying an additional amount. Your new position will be determined by the original bid plus the upgraded amount.
I've linked to this side from several of my PR4+ sites, including 1 from a PR5, so I fully expect this site to retain it's value, however, as always, future PR is not guaranteed. But what do you want for $0.99? http://forums.digitalpoint.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
