There is no monthly or yearly price. Any link gets a permanent pr4 link on the past links page - even a 50 cent link but it will be shared with every link that has ever been bought.
The way it works is that only 100 links stay on the front page, the top 100 bids so if you bought a link today for 50 cents, your link would be in position 96 and would stay there until 5 people bid more than 50 cents for a link. The top link holder, 1st spot has paid $6.00 That link will stay on the page until 100 people bid more than $6 dollars.
I can't predict how this will go, links are being advertised and it depends on the speed of sales and how much people decide to pay. You could bid $100 and be pretty sure your link will be around for quite a while because 100 people would have to top that to get you knocked off the front page.
It's commonly thought that google places the highest importance to the first links on the page so the closer the link is to the top, the longer it stays and the more weight google will give it.
You could bid $3 today and if your link is off the page in a month, go back and bid again for a higher position.
Sorry for the ramble - maybe you just wanted to know if I'm selling sitewides? No. Not right now anyway.
