I want to set up at site like www.peekvid.com I have a site running which is my coursework for college ( www.gavssite.com ), but I want to set up a site like peekvid which offers TV shows films etc online but also with torrents on. im happy to pay for the hosting and domain but the php programming for uploading links/torrents and user names and password is too hard for me to do. I can programme html and css well but cant seem to get my head round php i was wondering if any one in the Uk would like to start up a 50-50 partnership i have a name and other slogans which i wont talk about here but email me if your interested, ps i hope to have this project running in 2 months so please reply as soon as possible.
