1. 10 PR5 .edu backlinks.
2. 1 PR6 .edu backlink.
They are in the "message" pages of the .edu websites. The "message" pages are PR5 and PR6. They do not have "nofollow" & "noarchive" tags, meaning that your backlinks will be considered valid by Google. The backlinks are one-way & permanent. The backlinks are all on different IP addresses.
With 10 PR5 and 1 PR6 backlinks, your domain becomes PR4 in the next Google PageRank update. If you get 4 more PR5 backlinks, then your domain becomes PR5 in the next update.

Tonight, I will be able to get 10 more PR5 backlinks (I hope) - but they are not .edu, but TLD.
The price for 10 PR5 & 1 PR6 backlinks is : 75 bucks only.
If you need 3-10 more PR5 backlinks, then you have to pay an extra : 25 bucks. This will make your domain a PR5 in the next Google PR update.
