I have adspace available on www.filelime.com.
The site is only 21 days old and has an alexa ranking of 453,467. I bought $125 text link ads spot on http://whos.amung.us/ (at the bottom the free file hosting link). This is bringing in good traffic. I also just purchased links on www.johncow.com (not yet added). Go2web20.net has added us to their directory, which has also brought in masses of traffic. And I've bought advertising on www.offtopic.com (HUGE forum, check out the members at the bottom of the forum)
