How to secure remote content?

I have several sites pulling weather related content from another server that generates the content (yes I own it too). The problem I am having is people bookmarking my tools (Off site content) or even worse I-Framing them and using the content on their sites and calling it there own.

Here is my question.
How can I pass a session ID or password from my sites to this server so they can access it but someone from anywhere else can not? I have to find a way to lock down the content?

I have tried Referers but that only works for some people. All I got was a bunch on complaining members.

If there is someone here that knows how to do this I will pay for the solution.

how do you pull the content now?

Knowing that would give us half a chance to come up with a working solution, rather than offer suggestions that you can't use.

I am currently I-Framing them but I am open to another solution. It is the only way I have to call them and keep them functioning.
