I'm register my account at Moneybookers but they haven't prepared any script, form or program sequence for communication between "donate" button and account at Moneybookers. Can somebody suggest me any script or form for this or website/page where it is presented. Thanks, emienco.

Moneybookers don't set these up for you, they provide the code and you set them up on your site.
