Currently, all our United States transactions are done through visa, mc, amex, disc... all our International payments are made through paypal because our card processing company can't match card numbers to addresses of people overseas so they won't 'protect us' from any charges of fraudulent claims (if someone says thier card was stolen, we don't get any money back).

I know there has to be companies online that can handle these types of transactions (visa, mc, amex, disc) for overseas customers and provide us with some security......

...any ideas where to start looking?

It has to do with PayPal, other people have submitted their opinions and who they are using with url addresses besides Paypal, you might find some useful information there.....
