I am looking for a text counter that can display: How many times the page was visited, unique visits, daily visits (unique?), and users online. If any1 can help me that would be great... btw I dont have MySQL

Have you checked with your host? Most hosting companies provide some rudimentary site visit statistics / metrics.

If not, check out a script site like www.hostscripts.com -- they normally have a wealth of such tools.

You could also try onestat.com.
They have a free basic plan which offers just about all you will need for statistics. All they wanted from me was a small image link on my page.
It worked really well but my site wasn´t well-visited.

thanx guys kyrnt - my host has counters in its C panel but they require MySQL databases which I didn't get cause i didnt feel like paying extra. i found some stuff at hot scripts. - google wasn't putting out for me
