I am looking for a coder who knows a thing or two about vbulletin software. By no means am I trying to steal anything or copy any sort of site. But if you know about the default vbulletin software, it sucks! At least for me. But like for this site the login is nicely placed and the user cp, private messages and such are in no way the same as the default skin. So I am looking to ask someone for some advice or help on how to go about making a nav bar like this. For an example do you place it all in your header graphic, or make it different? Thinsg like that.

You can get many free vbulletin templates that are similar to this one. Just search Google.
If you need to hire someone to design a custom skin for you, let me know.

Thanks, I am not looking to copy this site or really even look for a skin. Mainly because I do not want something like everyone else. But more of someone to pay to teach me how to change and edit what I need done.
