Hey all,

I am wanting to create a username and password for my site I am starting. For example when someone comes on and signs up they will be assigned a user name and password to get to the next section(s). For now I only want it set up where there is one username and password becasue of the lack of server space right now. Anyway, can anyone help me set that up, or tell me the code please?...

ASP? ASP.NET? PHP? Perl? Python? ColdFusion? something else?

Confusing question, but if you want only one username/password, try htaccess ones. There are tutorials around for creating that.

If you want to generate one username/password per user, then the language you want to use would be helpful. I have something for generating passwords in PHP.
