ARGH!!!! Hey....I'm working on the West Seneca Youth Bureau website...(http://www.wsyb.org) and I can't get the friggin dropdown menu to change the bottom frame!!! Please help!! I've tried EVERYTHING!!!

I dont know if it will work but its a solution to your problem, you can try and edit the heighedit the number)px; and maybe make the frame bigger or smaller, dont know if it will work but worth a try.

To me it looks like ur menu is changing the bottom frame. Looks like you solved the problem.
