Does anyone know of a great management program for web development? I am looking for something like macromedia sitespring. The application should be web-based, file-server-based or file management, and be able to communicate with clients. I would also like it to generate tasks and reports. If this is not possible does any one have a checklist for web development (for both personal and commercial) that they will be willing to share with me?

I'm really surprized that no one has answered this request. Surely there's someone out there with a reply (besides this one that doesn't give an answer).
