no... first of all, does form mail actually send emails? If so, you will need a SMTP programme, or the address of an SMTP server you can use. You need to download and setup apache and php, you can do this by downloading both (both are free) and setting the up manually, or downloading them as a package (try foxserv.net). Then you will need to configure your SMTP address in the httpd.conf file, within your new apache/conf folder.
