I agree. But I've never really seen anything quite like it. Mind you I stick to plain old HTML and CSS, so yeah. It does look sort of similar to CSS I recon, but I'm not even that good at CSS. I'd try just copying the entire code into google. Just a thought ..

I'm on the side of willcode4beer, because in XML you get to define tags. It's not CSS because the tags are surrounded by chevrons, and it's not PHP because there are no "?" in the tags.
