I'm trying to learn Flash. I have the latest version, which I think is version 9 CS3. I've looked up tutorials and nothing is the same, they must have version 8 or earlier. It's very hard to learn from tutorials that aren't accurate.

So, I guess it's time to buy a book. Can anyone recommend me a good beginner Flash book that covers 9 CS3?

I want the book to cover the basics of Flash and web design.

Hi, barely anyone calls it Flash 9, just Flash CS3, not since it was in Beta. Secondly, I have compiled a list of good books on the list below:

Thirdly, Foundation Flash, is, actually, a Flash tutorial site, so take a look (some are ActionScript 3, which is the code behind Flash CS3), you might even learn something!

Sorry for being brief, but I don't have much time now. One last thing: anything with a hint of AS3 must be written by CS3, so if you find a book on AS3, all the tutorials/information will be about CS3.
