I am looking to build a site and it has been about 2-3 years since I have coded (and when I did it wasnt too much)

I am looking to build a site where page viewers would log in. Save several variables (numbers) on different topics. Then be able to click a link that will run functions based on the saved numbers associated with that account with those numbers and view the results.

I would also want those values to be saved for that user unless they decide to change them later on.

I have been looking it up but it seems like I am a little lost on how to approach this.

Where would be a good starting point, code wise.

Could someone share some links or resources that are relevant?

Thank you for your time,
Jess

Do you have a linus host, with php and mysql? That's the most common package people get. You'll want to use a database to store the numbers for people, and php to retrieve them.
