How To Manipulate Datafeed?

My wholesaler offers a datafeed in CSV fomat with a list of current available products every day. They do not offer anything in the way of tech support, but they told me I could save this file to Excel and then change any of the information to reflect my own pricing, etc.

I have the following questions:

I have successfully saved todays datafeed to Excel, but how would I get this info into my website?

I want to change some of the info to reflect my own descriptions and pricing. How would I do that? This should be able to be changed one time and then every day thereafter, when I download the new datafeed of available products, I am supposedly able to get it to show the changes I made that one time. How?

I've tried searches for 'datafeed' and everything seems to point to affiliate related datafeeds and or blogs. I am not an affiliate, nor am I doing a blog. I will be opening an ecommerce store with thousands of products in the beauty field.

Should this be posted to a different folder?

Thanks!

You need a means to parse the CSV and import it into whatever database your site uses, leaving out the superfluous data or only importing the data you actually require.

absolutely no idea. because that would entirely depend on;

What database you use and the structure of it;
What the CSV field layout is;
What server side code is used;
What the markup is from wholesaler to retail (your prices);

plus a host of other things quite probably

By writing code, putting on your computer programmer hat, or hiring somebody who wears one.
