How would someone batch rename zip files using the first letter of each word in a text file?

For example: Some File Name.zip
Rename to: sfn.zip

Note: The text file is inside the zip file

I seen this done in large archives of files, so I know it's possible, but don't have a clue on how to do it. I DO know that you can rename based on the first [x] number of characters, but that doesn't help for a 'descriptive name'. I need this for a specific purpose.

Thanks!
