I want to give facility to the visitors that they can directly login to their yahoo/hotmail email accounts from my website. How is it possible ... The example is http://www.pakwatan.com..From this website any user can directly login to his/her email account (by selecting desired email service) ..

I think pakwatan.com is using Everyone.net which can check external POP accounts. Everyone.net has several different packages range from individual email to outsourced email. Pakwatan.com is probably using their Group Package for $9.95/mo but be sure to read the fine print.
