I am looking for some code in Javascript or CSS that will expand & collapse menu's Ideally stay expanded when you browse the sub menu but then collapse when you click a different menu

Like this site here http://www.swiftleisure.co.uk/Home

Anyone who has done this - or has access to code please please HELP !!!
