Hi,
I am new here and am looking for a script. I don't even know what to call the thing I am wanting. If I knew I could do a search. I am looking for a thing I can put on a website to check availability of dates. It asks for the month, date and year, you click to check, and it will let a person know if there is an opening that day. What is this type of thing called? Thanks in advance.

No, it isn't an actual calendar. On this website http://www.wedj.com/, at the top left you see what I am looking for, "check the date".

I just didn't mean a calendar showing a month with available dates in one color and non-available dates another color. I found a better example: http://www.starlitedjs.com/availability.html

How do I do this?

its basically is a calendar with the ability to check available slots so that user can book or check out events date.

You can check it out either of the links below, depending which language you are using.
