Was updating a clients website today and noticed a bug under one of the flash sections on the home page that was not there in FF2 (or IE7/IE8). For the life of me I can not figure out the problem! The left side and the right side are coded the exact same way, but for some reason I'm ending up with a white space on the right underneath the Flash?

It's not a bug. Your object and embed statements and parameters are NOT the same for both flash files (besides the file name). Make them identical and the space goes away.
