What was the software used to build this website: lfc.net ? I need to make a site close to this. I heard that PHP Links wasn't the best solution for this type of directories because it can be hacked very easily. What's your opinion?
it could easily be ASP or PHP all they are doing is hiding the filename which could easily just be default.asp, index.asp or any other filename they specify in ISS or apache server. You could use notepad to make that site.
